REGISTRATION & ABSTRACTS

Participants are invited to confirm their registration and submit the abstracts of the work they intend to present at the meeting. Please use the official template provided here, indicating:

• Whether you prefer an oral presentation or a poster.
• The preferred track for your contribution.

We kindly ask each research group to submit a single email containing all abstracts to the following address:

The deadline for abstract submission is Friday, June 5th, 2026.

Please note that presenting a contribution (oral or poster) is mandatory for participants to be eligible for accommodation support funded by the network.
